All items purchased from Osborx Information Technology Service which item's price is equal or more than P 3,000.00 are subjected for 10 months warranty. No receipt no warranty. For defective item(s) with warranty, you must e-mail your full name, delivery address, item name, item price, and problem with attachment of screenshot of your digital receipt received from PayPal online payment or SMS text message confirmation receipt from GCash payment. You must send back your item to 884 Mactan St. Pitogo Makati City, Philippines. Customer should shoulder the delivery fee and pick up the repaired item from the said same address above. Osborx Information Technology Service will not accept responsibility for damage items, i.e dented, burnt or tampered warranty sticker. Cash refund is only applied only within 5 hours after successful purchase. If exceeds the allowable time, cash refund is not applicable. To refund you must e-mail your full name, purchased item name, delivery address and price of item(s) purchased with attachment of screenshot of digital receipt received from PayPal online payment or SMS text message confirmation receipt from GCash payment to osborx@gmail.com. Cash refund is subjected for a 3% refund transaction fee which will be deducted to the total price paid of the item purchased (Total refund = Price of item purchased - Price of item purchased x 3%).
